Mindy Juan is a cardiac anesthesiologist who graduated from University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston. There, she was named Intern of the Year, Nominated for Outstanding Overall Resident, and Chief Resident during her CA-3 year. As a resident, Dr. Juan also served as Vice Chair for the GME Chief Residents Office Committee and was a Member of the Program Evaluation and Education Committee. Following graduation, she completed a cardiac fellowship at UTMB.
Dr. Juan has given presentations at the Gulf Atlantic Resident Research Conference and American Society of Anesthesiology Annual Meeting on Preoperative Evaluation and Perioperative Treatment of Hypotension, respectively. Following graduation, she remained at UTMB as part-time faculty. She currently practices cardiac anesthesia in Kadlec Regional Medical Center in Richland, WA. Welcome to the team, Dr. Juan!
