Terms and Conditions

Anesthesiology Consultants reserves the right to cancel all or any portion of our courses if, due to extenuating circumstances, we are unable to properly conduct our class according to typical course standards, which includes minimally acceptable environmental, safety, and attendance requirements. Anesthesiology Consultants reserves the right to refuse admission to, require the immediate departure of, or terminate the services without refund of any registrant who, in the opinion of the course director, behaves in an unprofessional or unethical manner. Such behavior includes, but is not limited to, unauthorized removal, copying, reproduction, distribution, sharing, or duplication of course material (e.g., audio recordings; video recordings; taking pictures with cameras, phones, mobile devices, computers, giving others not registered for the course access to Video Library or Online Session content); misrepresentation of professional status; disruptive behavior; and failure to make appropriate payments. Residents registering for the MORE program must provide proof of residency status. Once again, recording, electronic reproduction, distribution, or sharing of any online material is strictly forbidden without the prior expressed consent of Anesthesiology Consultants. A nonrefundable 3.5% fee will be applied to any cancellation of a credit card purchase. Any course cancellation due to unusual circumstances within our control entitles registrants to a pro-rated refund of their course registration fees, not including costs of printed materials. Due to the need to schedule individual examiners in advance for the 321 course, refunds for 321 cancellations cannot be provided. An additional $30 will be charged for any 2D, 4D, 6D, 321, MOPS, or other course requiring mailing of material for shipping and handling expenses. In booking mock oral exams, it is the registrant's responsibility to schedule his/her WebMock or PhoneMock oral exams at regular intervals, evenly distributed, from the time of registration to the date of exam or end of the program (e.g., 5-6 months for the MORE program), at a frequency that can be reasonably accommodated by Anesthesiology Consultants before the exam date. In order to receive refund or credit for cancellation of or changes to a mock oral exam, the request must be made 24 hours in advance via our online scheduling application (Mock Orals On Demand, or "MOOD"). Anesthesiology Consultants cannot guarantee a refund for purchased mock exams if all these conditions are not met. Guaranteed Plan registrants have access to the Learn-at-Home Program (CamClub, Oral Board Online, Oral Case Discussion) until they pass. Access to purchased 4- or 6-Day Course recordings and mock oral exams is limited to 6 months from the date of purchase or the date of their exam, whichever comes first. Registrants of a 4- or 6-Day Online or Recording program receive access to video recordings in lieu of the 4 private mock oral exams they would have received during the corresponding on-site course. Participants in any online/digital/electronically conducted course/activity should realize that such sessions may be recorded and include the names, faces, and voices of course/activity participants. These recordings may become part of our Video Library and viewed indefinitely by others with access to the Video Library or publically through social media. If you do not wish to be recorded or have your identity publicly displayed in any manner, please let the office know well in advance of any online participation of your first sessions so special arrangements can be made. Once a recording has been made and distributed, a participant’s name, face, or voice cannot be removed. Refunds may be provided if requested within 3 business days of after payment for a product, but are not guaranteed thereafter. Refunds cannot be provided following receipt of written text material, provision of access to video/recorded content (e.g., video library), or attendance of any onsite or online course session.
