Gretchen Fox is both an Acute Pain Specialist and Anesthesiologist, with a dual appointment at the Jesse Brown Hospital Veteran Affairs Medical Center in Chicago and Private Practice in a community hospital in Munster, Indiana. She received her undergraduate degree in Northwesthern University and her Masters degree in Pharmacology at Tulane University. She completed medical school, anesthesia residency, and a regional anesthesia fellowship at the University of Illinois in Chicago.
A vigorous advocate of ultrasound-guided regional techniques as part of multimodal analgesia, Dr. Fox also works as a proctor, providing CME lectures on regional anesthesia.
