Negin Daneshpayeh received her medical school training at George Washington University School of Medicine in Washington, DC, where she graduated Alpha Omega Alpha. She completed her anesthesia residency at Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston, MA, where she currently works as faculty.
Dr. Daneshpayeh has published several articles on various aspect of anesthesia residency operations, including web site involvement, resident-as-teachers education, and residency program interviewing strategies. She has also written book chapters on monitoring anesthetic brain states and brain tumors. Her broad array of interests on which she has given presentations include epidural analgesia, intra-arterial access, ultrasound-guided regional anesthesia, use of perioperative opioids, postoperative respiratory care of thoracoabdominal aneurysm patient, and transfusion requirements in oncology patients.
