Jared Wilson has had the honor of serving his country as a physician in the armed services for over a decade. After graduating with highest honors from St. Vincent College, he joined the U.S. Air Force, where he received a Doctorate of Medicine from the Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences. Subsequently, he completed his Internal Medicine internship and Anesthesiology residency at Brooke Army Medical Center.
Dr. Wilson has had extensive experience in military trauma care, having recently deployed to the Middle East as part of a small, mobile surgical team in support of special operations troops. There, he developed his clinical skills in trauma, resuscitation, critical care, and crisis management in a dynamic and unforgiving environment.
Dr. Wilson is currently stationed at Langley Air Force Base, where he practices general anesthesia with broad exposure to multiple surgical specialties and age groups. He also maintains a presence at the local regional medical center and several busy ambulatory surgery centers.
In his free time, Dr. Wilson enjoys boating and spending time with his wife and three children.
