Dr. Candice Bereal Williams is a Pain Management Specialist and Anesthesiologist residing in Los Angeles, CA. She pursued her undergraduate education at the University of California, Berkeley and completed her medical school, residency and subspecialty training at the University of California, Los Angeles.
During her tenure at the David Geffen School of Medicine at UCLA, she completed the Clinical Research Training Program at the National Institutes of health, where she studied Vascular Function in Sickle Cell Disease. Currently, Dr. Bereal Williams works as a Clinical Investigator conducting clinical trials in acute pain models. Her active clinical interests include chronic pain management and spinal cord stimulation.
Dr. Bereal Williams is dedicated to furthering the advancement of education of the next generation of leaders in medicine. She holds a volunteer faculty teaching position for simulation at the Charles Drew University School of Medicine and participates in yearly workshops for College XP, an initiative that encourages underserved children to pursue careers in STEM. She also serves on the David Geffen School of Medicine Admissions Committee.
